Providing press capacity and breakdown support since 1996, we are the only UK based tool room able to offer a facility boasting a bolster capacity measuring 4 meters x 2.2 meters with a 1.2 meter shut height. This together with a ram tonnage of 2,500 tons means we are well matched to support all suppliers.
Served by a 1520mm wide coil feed unit we can process a selection of materials through blanking tools, progression tools and naturally we can run production and offer break down support through manual, tri axis and using a twin bed system, tandem die’s
Low volume, high value production, typically stainless-steel bright ware is handled on a very individual basis, based on your requirements we would either manufacture new tooling or utilize existing. Inspection can be as much as required with the tool being cleaned between each part to ensure no imperfections find their way to a finished surface.
