About Us
Tooling 2000 began life in Birmingham back in 1974, founded by Harold Williams and his sons David Williams and Steven Williams as LBE Contract Tooling.
As customer needs grew, the company evolved too. In 1996 it rebranded as Tooling 2000, signalling a wider, more forward-looking manufacturing offer. In 2001, a 28,000 sq. ft. facility followed to support growth in capacity and capability.
